Based on a study of the user of (atm), we develop a prototype that satisfies the main barries that a user can have using the interface of (atm) web page. From the study of the usability of the ticket machine, we develop a prototype that later became a design interface that helps the users to reach all the services that atm bring to the passengers of milano.
