The application is designed to help people choose and use Samsung products. It follows the customer journey starting from the customer entering the store. (astro) is designed to make the process of selecting the product best suited for the user and then using it. depending on one’s personality and style of life, astro becomes one of four personalities it uses different tones of voice and phrases its questions in different ways to help the user to choose and use their samsung product.
